My experience with Wisp was very quick and easy! My prescription was ready at my local pharmacy within 2 hours of completing my online visit so they were committed to delivering the help I needed in a timely manner! Just be aware that when you pick it up from a pharmacy, you will be subject to your regular copay. I had to pay an extra $3 when I picked it up but that's better than waiting for it to be shipped in my opinion! What you pay for the online visit does not include the copay if you choose to have it sent to your pharmacy. If you have it shipped, I don't believe there is an extra charge for that. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and will continue using Wisp in the future!

Not sure why they would even both to have a chat when they refuse to respond to anyone who hasn't already ordered from them. My question was regarding a specific product and there was NO NEED to be a patient prior to their answering this question. I'm not going to buy something without having the necessary info, but they refuse to provide info until you buy. They certainly will not get my business and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for a similar product.

The whole process was easy and fast. 3 days from order to delivery. Definitely recommend having meds shipped rather than local pickup if you're trying to avoid an additional charge from your pharmacy.

Fast service, easy website

It's unfortunate that I pay $50 something for the script online and then an additional $100 plus when I pick it up at my pharmacy. And that you're unaware of that price when you go to pick up. One would assume that the price at check out is the price for the meds & no other payment will be necessary. So if we're being charged that to have a doctor send a script then say so. Because I would have checked to find out how much it would be for hand & perhaps just try to wait if put for it via mail or asked my primary for the script.

To be able to interact with a real Doctor via email and discuss my symptoms. Received immediate and effective treatment without having to go to the urgent care.

It was very simple to receive the meds that I needed, just had to fill out a short questionnaire and my meds were sent to the local pharmacy of my choice on the same day. So handy when you’re not feeling well. I’d use this service again!
