This is TMI so let me preface by saying that. I woke up with what was pretty clearly a raging yeast infection :( I hadn't had one in so long I had forgotten what a literal PAIN they are. I logged onto Wisp and by 11 am I had picked up my Rx and started treatment. The MD even included and extra pill in case I needed it to be taken 48 hours later, which I did. I was so relieved to be able to get treatment online and not have to sit in a waiting room because let's face it - once you've had one of these you don't forget and not telling what you might catch in the waiting room as well.

In this world of it being almost impossible to get into primary care, or an urgent care, in a timely manner Wisp saved me from prolonged pain and illness. I was able to submit my symptoms in the middle of the night and go pick up my prescription during my lunch hour at work, without disruption to my life. Thank you for the service you provide

Horrible experience with this company and trying to login. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is so ridiculous that a customer is trying to order products but the barrier is an login issue? Is this the dark ages? I’m so confused why this website isn’t working for me. Until the situation is rectified and addressed I will keep my review.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and still have not received shipment. They coordinated a prescription to my local pharmacy so at least I am not without my birth control, but I had to write about 10 letters to customer service in order to make that happen. Now two weeks into the pack, still no official word about whether I will run out or get it in time. Don’t just want apologies, I want the prescription I paid for-or an official word it will not come in time so I can get a refund and take my business elsewhere.
