I got weight loss medication and paid 126$ out of pocket when I went to get it they were saying that they were waiting for prior authorization after barely getting a response from customer service they are telling me I have to pay an additional 1200$ out of pocket. When I refused and asked for my money back they told me no because of a bunch of measly doctors who barely took a look at my medical records approved it within seconds. Be warned I wouldn’t waste my time with this company and their shady business. Very disappointed and I won’t be shopping with them from now on! I just wanted my money back.

What a great company! This is quick, convenient, and so much easier than having to go to a doctor's office.

I’ve been a customer of Wisp for some time, and unfortunately, the service has consistently gone downhill. What should be a simple and convenient process—requesting and filling a prescription—has become a constant source of stress and frustration. Despite providing my correct pharmacy information multiple times, Wisp has repeatedly failed to update my file accurately. I’ve had to reach out nearly every month due to issues with prescription transfers. Most recently, I was told that the same pharmacy that filled my prescription in March was “not in their system,” even though I provided proof of the previous pickup. I even attached the receipt, yet they insisted it wasn’t recognized. The support team gives conflicting responses, with no one appearing to be on the same page. They’ve also offered pharmacy alternatives that are clearly much farther from the one I use, and when I questioned this, I received no logical explanation. I was also forced to repeatedly ask for escalation, as no one could offer a real resolution. It’s clear that Wisp lacks internal communication, attention to detail, and proactive customer care. For a service that charges customers with the promise of convenience, I’ve experienced nothing but the opposite. There’s no consistency, and having to chase down answers every time I need a refill is unacceptable. If you value your time, your health, and basic customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Wish I could give a negative star. Beyond disappointed with this company. I tried to voice my concerns with them and told I would receive a call back but never did. They switched my pill brand 3 different times without consulting me. They also would send my renewal 2 weeks after I needed them so there was a 2 week gap every few months that I didn't have the pill. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

During a very busy week late at night I realized I had a UTI. Urgent care was closed and I had to do something very quickly. After a Google search I found Wisp and within 12 hours, I was diagnosed and had a prescription for antibiotics in my system. The only issue is that they prescribed the bare minimum number of days (3) which I know is standard of care and my UTI was a bit more fierce. I sent a message to my provider asking for a refill and did not hear back from the. Customer service did get back to me and explained they had a high number of consults. It is three days and still nothing from my provider. I have been managing on my own and got myself D-mannose online after finding a randomized clinical trial indicating that it is highly effective in treating UTIs and preventing them but this could have been serious. Our healthcare system is in such a state that I worry for folks who are going to need to rely on inadequate telehealth like this. I'm wondering if the catch here is getting customers to spend another $65 for the same thing. Would be better if there was a bit more continuum of care but in a pinch, this helped me stop being in pain. I will be more cautious using this service in the future, however, since it could do more harm than good if you have a serious infection and need more support. Just beware of what you are getting and go in knowing that.

I was very skeptical about this service. I woke up in the middle of the night with a full blown UTI and was desperate for abx ASAP but couldn’t make it to urgent care until late the following day. I found wisp online during a panicked google search and at midnight completed about 15 minutes worth of medical background info on their website. By 12:45 AM, my prescription was submitted to CVS and I picked it up first thing in the morning. Will DEFINITELY be using wisp again in the future!!

I am happy to pay for convenience - but not deceit. We are facing a shortage of healthcare providers in this country but does online access for expensive prescriptions really replace the need? the people who started this site will receive applause, but who are they really serving? There is confusing language about "copays" and the possibility of insurance reimbursement, but none of their providers are covered by insurance. Not only that, they make no effort to match patients with a provider in state. Now, I believe this would be a helpful service if you were able to match with physicians in state based on your insurance and receive quick prescriptions, but instead this company took the easy way out and refused to even try that. once they take your $135 for the doctor's visit which really is a quick automated note, you are sent to the pharmacy to pay the full price of the script. users of this site who can pay for convenience - that's fine. but I suspect many more without access to a convenient PCP will fall for this and be charged unexpected fees at the pharmacy. I believe the burden of disclosure and transparency is on the company, not the patient. this is nothing more than a money grab $$$$ that serves only the company itself.
