I never received the prescription I ordered from this website. Make sure you call your local pharmacy before ordering just to be sure what you're ordering is available. This was a waste of money and time.

COMPLETELY CORRUPT. DID NOT RECEIVE A DR VISIT, AND THEN THEY SENT A RX ANYWAY, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED, THEY IGNORED ME AND ON TOP OF THAT FOLDED ME INTO A SUBSCRIPTION, WHICH THEY MADE HARD TO CANCEL. I WROTE IN ASKING FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED, BUT THEY WANTED MY ACCOUNT NUMBER, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED, BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY DR VISIT, SO THEY'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN PUMPING OUT RX'S AND GETTING YOU ON THE RECURRING BILLING AND MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO CANCEL. BEWARE AND USE ANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE OFFERING SERVICES THAT ARE WAY MORE ETHICAL.

First time ordering from wisp and I will say I’m not impressed right now. I emailed their support team as they state to find out when my order for 4/3/2025 will be shipped. Mind you they got my money, but I don’t have the product and I’m getting ready to leave on a two week Vacation, sure would be nice to have before I go versus sitting in a mailbox for two weeks in an uncontrolled environment. So today I decide I’m gonna call them and lo and behold, All you get is a generic mailbox that tells you just to email them and they’ll get back to you. Well, it’s been over 24 hours since I emailed and there’s no way to reach customer support. Not sure if I’ll ever order from this company again if the customer service is this poor. And when I log into the portal, it has been saying for several days that they’re waiting on the carrier to pick up the order for order status, well that happens to be the stupid post office who is unreliable and loses stuff.

As a busy working Mom I don’t always have the flexibility to go see my doctor for routine prescriptions. This was so helpful and very efficient. I handled everything within minutes and my prescription was ready in less than an hour!

Bought 2 items only got one in mail. Was charged a total of 3 times. An after continuous times of emailing was sent back 12.00 which was from discount. I was suppose to get back 30 dollars which was taken from account.

I live in a rural area where it can be hard to get a doctors appointment, sometimes it takes months. Wisp is easy, fast, and your doctor is there waiting online if you have any questions.
