This was my first attempt at using a telehealth site and I had assumed it was complicated or an overly lengthy process but my doctor couldn’t see me in a timely manner so I wanted to try it out. With Wisp it was not at all the terrible experience that I thought it would be! The emails and messages updating me about what was happening at each step was my favorite part because I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. I would use again!

The process to get the prescription was super fast and simple. Got my medication in days and it has been a game changer! I even reached out to the medical staff after the process and got an answer in hours. Definitely ordering again soon.
