This has to be a joke. I placed a same day pick up over a week ago and they still have not submitted my order to either pharmacy I’ve given them. Thankfully this isn’t life altering medicine needed but this is out of hand!!!

After the third day of using this product, I noticed itching. I investigated with a mirror and found that my labia, perineal area and skin around my anus were a completely different color. I immediately threw the cream away. It has been 9 days since I threw it away and my skin is still pilling but I’m starting to get my color back. By the way - it didn’t work.

Never again! The worst service ever ! I ordered a 48h medication 1 month and a half and till date I have not received ! They sent my medication to a pharmacy which is not a pharmacy and I have been back and forth with customer service to change to a different pharmacy or ship to my home. After 2 weeks(note that I was supposed to take those pills in max 48 hrs and I placed my order 2 days ahead) they said they sent to CVS I called CVS and CVs doesn’t have my prescription ! I told customer service and they said CVS should have it. I’ve been back and forth with customer service nothing is being done , they deny to refund so Basically a theft! Horrible !

Overall Wisp offers a great concept to telemedicine. But they have a few things that make it not great. They send you a notification before your next refill is shipped out, but do not confirm your information is up to date so I’ve had 2 refills sent to an old address and had to pay for them. When using the online portal on a mobile, it’s not user friendly at all. And when attempting to use the live chat option, the chat interface is absolutely terrible. It does not let you see what you write until after you send it or doesn’t let you read the last 2 or 3 messages sent by you or the agent. Awful system. If they care enough to invest in improving these things, it would make the experience so much better.
