I needed urgent medication while I was on vacation. I was able to access it easily and it was affordable, two things the general healthcare system is absolutely not. Affordable and accessible healthcare is the future. This is the start of it and it’s very exciting.

This company is terrible. It's clear the customer service is all AI that won't address your concerns. You will NOT receive the brand of medication that you go through the entire process for, and they will substitute whatever they want that's "comparable". It is completely misleading to advertise and complete a full checkout process with a specific chosen medication brand name only to receive a random generic. If you're sensitive to substitutions, look somewhere else. You will not receive what you order, and you will fight with them back and forth to get the right thing while they drain you of more money at every chance. They don't care as long as you're still giving them money. Even if you tell them you cannot take a certain medication due to intolerance, they'll just go ahead and prescribe it, anyways. I was put in an incredibly dangerous situation with their substitutions that I fought with them over not providing me, but they didn't listen and didn't care. My health and safety didn't matter. Don't listen when they try to gaslight you and tell you you're getting "the same thing" and then end up almost hospitalized.

The OMG cream does not work very disappointed and I ordered the 2 pack and they only sent 1 You feel a tingling sensation for about 2 minutes then nothing after that

I really needed antibiotics for a UTI.. After filing out the online questions. The prescription was ready and waiting at my pharmacy about 2 hours after that. Note, Don’t use the delivery option. I’m still waiting on an item I purchased same time! That was DAYS ago!
