Wisp messed up the order on my Zofran. I was in need of the Zofran but they did not send it to my pharmacy like I asked. They sent it to deliver to my apartment and then it never came. They charged me $30 for a prescription I desperately needed and did not receive. I had to go to an Emergency Urgent Care later to get the prescription. Wisp is not worth it and took my money and never gave me a product whatsoever.

I picked them because of a promo that was going on. Everything was approved and they said they would ship, but only for 500mg instead of the 1000mg 12 month subscription that I paid for. When I reached out to correct the dose, they said I needed to pay $98 more before shipping out. Edit: They say they’ve issued me a courtesy refund, but insists that if I cut the the tablets in half, it would cover my whole supply. Once again, my dose that I ordered and the dose I paid for was for 1000mg, for 12 months. I have the screenshots to prove it. Let’s see if they actually refund. But even so, they’ve already collected lots of personal information and data just to switch up the costs. Bait and switch, but worse.

I like wisp, it is a convenient way to get your prescriptions when you need them

The fact that as soon as I put in an order there was a doctor available immediately to send my order to the pharmacy. They were convenient in making sure I got the right medicine as well.

Complete scam. First of all, it’s $25 for “same day” prescription, but I ended up not receiving my prescription approval for two days. Second, I payed $75 originally for the prescription, 90 pills for 90 days.After asking me questions about why I chose that prescription, I told them I usually take a lower dose than what they offer, but what they offer is fine. They then told me I had to pay an additional $25 for a lesser dosage and a less amount of pills. Being under extreme pressure for my medication, I went ahead and did it. But never again. Their coupons are also total BS. The coupon they offered would have made me pay more than I would have actually paid without it, from what was told to me by the pharmacist.

I was able to get birth control same day and my insurance covered it 100% at the pharmacy. It’s much quicker and less expensive than going to see my PCP

They suck all around. The process, the user experience and the value.
