Not a new customer, but placed an order 12/9, website states your order will be reviewed by a provider within 24 hours. 12/11, I reached out and was told my order was still waiting to be reviewed. It was finally approved 12/12. Wisp is meant to be about convience, and you do pay for that convenience. However with a timeline like this, I just paid a convenience fee for something that was far beyond convenient. There are many other sites like Wisp, try somewhere else.

Do not trust this service. I was charged and told I would have my prescription Monday and never received it. I reached out 3 times and never got a response. I call and get sent straight to a voicemail. They are terrible at communication. I will be disputing with my card company because this is ridiculous

Helped me and my wife

It’s Saturday and you have a yeast infection developing due to the antibiotics you are taking. Your doctor’s office is closed. You think about going to the ER or an urgent care. What do you do? Contact Wisp! Saturday evening I completed a questionnaire on Wisp site and on Sunday I was picking up my medication. Simple. Easy. Fast.

Did not do anything for me :( everyone is different so its worth a try but personally it did not help in any aspect

Wisp made it easy to order last minute antibiotics when I wasn’t able to get an appt at urgent care. I was able to get my prescription at my local pharmacy the next day.
