I’ve used Wisp in the past for fast care (anything to skip a trip to urgent care) and have typically received a response and script sent to my pharmacy within 2 hours. Every minute is excruciating with a UTI. This time, it took them 8 hours to call the prescription to the pharmacy, at which point it was closed. In desperation, I used treatmyuti.com at the two hour mark, and they called in my medications and followed up within 90 minutes. I don’t know why it took so long, but thankfully other sites like it are out there.

This was my first time using wisp and it couldn’t have been easier . I will definitely back when I need it . Hopefully not soon though .

Fast efficient and reasonable

Easy and convenient for a busy person who don’t have much time off

There is no way to get ahold of customer support for immediate assistance. I have placed an order with no response in over 24 hours. I have emailed, left a voicemail, sent a message, and tried live chat with no interaction from customer support. This is especially disappointing since I have a Wisp membership. I recommend instituting some kind of live customer support interface. I received a response to this review faster than a response to any of my inquiries for service, which tells me there is customer support available. Focus on your customers instead of your yelp reviews. Still no order response

This app works amazingly! I had a bladder infection over the holiday weekend and use wisp to call in my prescription. Everything went fantastic!
