I woke up on a Sunday morning at 4:45AM with a UTI. I found Wisp, entered my info, requested the antibiotic I was most familiar with and submitted. Before finishing it asked if I also wanted something else that also was helpful with UTI’s. I did. By 10:15am I had the first round of meds in my system and was on my way to church. 100% yes, use this service.

I had a uti and sent a message at like 10 pm. I didn’t hear back until after I saw another provider, in person, picked up my meds and took them for 3 days. What a waste.

The ability to speak directly with a provider reduces confusion and helps build trust and understanding. Healthcare should prioritize communication, follow-up, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was missing in this experience, and it made a noticeable difference in my confidence in the care provided.

I have been using Wisp for just about a year now & very happy w/the service they provide me. It takes a little adjusting in the very beginning learning how to navigate and communicate through the system. As long as you take the time to fully read the instructions or the feedback you are provided then u will never feel neglected just because u r not in the presence of a real person (medical health care provider). For me & my medical needs it works & I am satisfied w/the care I receive.

Anytime I need emergency contraception, I come to wisp. They are fast with resolving my prescription.
