I purchased the face cream in October. It is now December. I am 69 and have always taken care of my skin but it was looking so sallow and spotted. As of today, my skin texture has improved significantly and the discoloration has started to fade and fine lines are less noticeable. I highly recommend giving it a try. Ordering my refill today.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I put in for an UTI antibiotic. They told me I needed to have proof from the doctor or upload a culture. Like I thought the whole point was to get it easily WITHOUT going to the doctor. They told me 24-48 hours. Never responded until I left a voicemail and message. They IMMEDIATELY gave me my money back. SMH. I will NEVER use this service again. I had two people ask me about them I told them to just go to the doctor. I will tell that to anyone who asks me about them.

The response time is honestly terrible. Which is unsafe for time sensitive treatment. I put in a request for antibiotics and I reached out several times and sent emails with no response for days. I finally reached out to the pharmacy and they said they’ve also been trying to reach the doctor. WISP would be 10/10 if they could work on their customer service and response times
