I get the feeling the issues I had were unnecessarily difficult.
I get the feeling the issues I had were because of the provider Klarity connected me with instead of Klarity themselves, but I feel like they should deal with more competent providers after my experience being jerked around with my prescription. There is too much to go into here, but basically: 1) Provider called in script to pharmacy who claimed they were no longer in business when I called them about my prescription. Said pharmacy also answered the phone "hello?" at midnight when I called. 2) Messaged provider, got an automated message back NOT addressing my concern, but telling me if I want to keep receiving treatment from her I would need to pay an extra $150 and come see her in person. 3) My next message asking... anyway, I have ADHD and I'm tired of typing this. Just know it was some bull$h!t, but finally after more than a week I got my prescription filled at a Walgreens which should have been utilized from the beginning. I am less than satisfied, but I can say Klarity was pretty good about responding to messages and finally "lighting a fire" under the provider's ass to finally get things done.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Providers on the platform are all independent and run their practice accordingly. Klarity does not employ providers directly or assign them. We connects users with providers in their state and facilitate support. Typically once a provider writes a prescription, it will be electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Depending on the pharmacy's operating hours, policies, and usual turnaround times, you can expect anywhere from a 1 to 7 business day waiting period. We highly recommend using a trusted pharmacy in your nearby area that can fill your prescriptions quickly and reliably. Please note there is a nationwide shortage of certain medications and the possibility of it being low stock is high. We always suggest working with the provider to determine the best treatment option and pharmacy. Klarity customer support does not have information on the status of medication prescriptions or whereabouts. It is best to contact the pharmacy and ask if there is an issue in receiving or processing the prescription. If they confirm there is, we recommend letting the provider know with as much detail as possible via message in the client portal so they can help. For certain medications, in-person visits are required. If you need further assistance, please email [email protected]
