My family and I have been using Helium Mobile since 2023. Very satisfied. In fact, the unlimited service is slightly better than AT&Ts service. Awesome.

Very invasive company. Needs sensitive information to sign up. Every step there's a new permission or certificate to allow/install on your phone. It tracks your every move. Ther's no online access to your account once you activate the sim card. Older phones won't allow the app to be installed. Not worth the hassle and invasion of privacy.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Location sharing helps improve network coverage and can always be disabled on the Air or Infinity plans. Helium Mobile will never sell your data to third parties. Helium Mobile eSIMs and pSIMs are compatible with most devices that support iOS 14 and newer and Android 11 and newer. To manage your account, you can easily use the Helium Mobile app. For additional support, please reach out to our team at [email protected].

Love it! T-Mobile services and data levels without the outrageous T-Mobile prices. Thank you Helium and Helium Mobile! 🙌 The future looks bright.

My parents used helium mobile when they visited USA for 6 months. didn't have any issues and most of the bill was covered through mapping rewards. highly recommend the service.
