NEED to be tech-savvy to navigate, as it is VERY VERY helpie-selfie and REQUIRES you to place the Heilum Mobile app on your phone to navigate your account (??????) Coverage was excellent, but "helium"?? Actually, your 33% price increase in January 2026 was more like a lead balloon......hence, WHY I am cancelling both of my Heilum lines and going with a different MVNO.

Cell service is ok. It runs off of T-Mobile towers. I do find some areas where a signal is lost or it drops from 5G to LTE. However, if you have a paid subscription and hope to earn HTN with your activity...you'll never get it without disabling and reactivating MAPPING every day. I've been with them for over a year and this has been an ongoing problem. They have your phone mine for them but you will earn nothing. When you talk to their CS and go through restarting your phone, clearing your network settings, uninstalling the app, reinstalling a new wi-fi profile it still doesn't work. The conversation and issue/ticket is then closed on their end with no resolve. There is no credit for your mining even with proof of activity. Oh, they'll even tell you that it won't map if you're in an area that someone else has already mapped. BS! I am on the road every day, same route. Unless and until I disable/re-enable mapping. Plus my location stays on 24/7 because of my job and that isn't the issue either. Just poor mining/mapping problems and piss poor CS.

Well it was fun (and free) while it lasted. The Helium reps and support system is worse on the simplest thing. You are now required to pay for a service that shouldn't cost anything. ID verification is bullshit and I had to open 2 tickets for this issue 2023 review: I gotta hand it to Helium they seem to have it made right now and I hope they don't change (except add perks & better reps in the US region) like their mother company T-Mobile. Been with this company since their launch day late December and everything seems to be working out just fine
