signed up, paid and can’t use but won’t refund me
I thought this was going to be an awesome thing! $20/mo for phone and internet?? All while earning crypto?! Unfortunately I signed up, paid the $20… only to find out my phone is locked by another carrier and I can’t transfer just yet. So I cancelled with helium mobile. All within 5 minutes…. But they won’t refund me the $20. I am literally getting no service from them and I gave them $20. Customer service is friendly but not very responsive. I have been waiting on a reply from a manager for at least a week now. So frustrating. I was planning to join as soon as I was able but now, I’m not sure I want to be a part of them. Seems a little crooked to me.
