Good installation process, good service, and less than $1/month. What's not to love?

“Just had the best support experience ever with Helium Mobile. My eSIM completely died late at night—no service, couldn’t call anyone. Left a voicemail on their line fully expecting to wait until morning. Within minutes someone called back, reissued a new eSIM activation link instantly (even let me type my email in chat so it arrived in 2 seconds), told me to screenshot the QR code for future use, AND set up a free physical SIM to ship as backup. The rep was super kind and efficient the whole time. Officially support is 8 AM-7 PM PT, but whoever was working overnight straight-up saved my night. More companies need this kind of quiet superhero energy. It's literally like sending up a bat signal Thanks Helium Mobile!”

My one-month U.S. trip with Helium Mobile was fantastic. I had reliable, fast 5G data. Even after the 30GB cap, the throttled speed was fine for essentials like maps, email and even videos in 720p. Best of all, the "Cloud Points" I earned completely paid for the plan. It’s an unbeatable value for travelers.

Couldn't be more happy with my Helium Mobile service. Customer service is excellent and the transition of my phone number worked seamlessly. I was able to do everything from my phone and my cell service has been fantastic on my Google Pixel.

Helium Mobile delivered: budget-friendly, easy to understand, and surprisingly good coverage. I set it up in minutes and it’s been smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend.

I've used them for about a week. The service is awesome! You technically receive unlimited data with 3 GB of high speed data for $0 a month w/ 300 texts and 100 minutes. In all honesty it's been a dream come true for someone living on social security every month. The carriers that support Medicaid have low ratings and are typically scams. You do have to scan your ID in order to use the service however multiple services are requiring this in 2025.

Signed up the day! Had an issue with transferring my eSIM to my other phone, but the customer service rep stayed with me until we got the technical issues resolved. Great service for the buck. I'm on the Air plan and loving it! Got a great phone number that I can remember. I'll make it clear, I'm not after all the perks, just good, reliable, affordable service.
