Well, I could not be happier with my experience with Bonsai so far. It is a great CRM with incredible customer support service. The service is super reliable, has many features that simplify my daily business and keep it transparent. More of it, it keeps growing and evolving, adding more and more new features improving the service. And again, I need to highlight the support—with a few questions I had, the team has always been quick and helpful despite a huge time difference — I am based in Europe. Highly recommend :)

Great platform to manage clients as a freelancer or small business. All clients and projects managed in one place, with and good control over invoicing, billing, time logging. Templates for building and signing contracts and everything handled through the platform so much easier for you and your client. Everything can be customised to fit your needs (such as automated custom invoicing with unusual schedules, or tailored pay rates for specific days on projects that otherwise have a fixed rate.) Good feedback forum to evolve the platform with our suggestions.

Love Bonsai — been using it for 2+ years, and it is a huge timesaver for me. I'm an independent consultant and I use Bonsai for all my invoicing and contracts. The contracts feature is probably the most valuable component of the tool, since they are all pre-written and approved by attorneys. Billing/invoices/contracts are all pretty darn customizable, and the entire tool makes you look very professional. This software is a must have for anyone starting their own business!

was very easy to use. others tried to charge me but not here.

This is a great software until you need help. I cancelled the plan and they continued to take money out of my account and there is no way to get in touch with them unless I have a paid plan. Very stressful and I don't know how to get my money back.
