Bonsai saves me so much time in my business! Since I started using Bonsai I no longer waste hours on proposals, it helps me keep track of my finances and Im sure I get paid faster because of the automated invoices and late fees. Clients often compliment the platform and I always rave about it to them. Highly recommend

As a freelance designer I’ve been using Bonsai for a couple years, and it is truly one of the best investments I have made in my business! From proposals to invoices to getting paid, it makes it all so simple. 1000% recommend!

I’ve been using Bonsai for over a year and love it! It’s very straightforward and easy to set up and their customer service is great. I love that they take user feedback to continually add new features and improve the platform. I foresee being a user for many more years to come.

Bonsai is (in my opinion) the most comprehensive and easy to use platform for freelancers and small business owners. I've done my fair share of product evaluation for my creative studio and Bonsai's ease of use and line of products. I struggle heavily with automating a proposal and contracting process as I am generally the 'contractor' as well as the 'salesman'. Bonsai helps alleviate the tedious parts of writing high-ticket proposals and contracting for projects. I give them 4 stars as I believe they can grow further on their products. I personally am looking for a full hub where I can manage the BOH items in 1-2 places. Bonsai's getting close, but not there yet in my opinion. Client accounts/chats for each project would be helpful, as well as a smoother client dashboard with form intake for onboarding. Like I said, they're close, but in my opinion needs some polishing. All in all, this is a fantastic tool for freelancers and small businesses that don't want to deal with the tedious parts of securing their projects. Would definitely recommend to my fellow creatives and friends.

I have been using Bonsai for 2+ years now. I have loved everything about it. It is nimble and it is flexible. Plus the upgrades and added features over the years have been so on point and even what I've asked for!

Brand new user and I've gotta say, Bonsai and the team are GREAT! I had some issues verifying my business and setting up payments initially because the business was so new, but thankfully, the Bonsai team stepped in to help navigate everything to full resolution and I am very grateful. Keep up the great work and looking forward to growing with you! Thank you!

Fantastic application which has streamed lined my small businesses accounts receivable. The integration with G- mail makes it all look flawless to my clients, with my invoices coming directly from me. I highly recommend this app to all freelancers.

I've used Hello Bonsai for a few years now and it's been a great experience. They are always looking to get better and better and it shows. As a solo entrepreneur, I need things to be as easy as possible and Hello Bonsai is a exactly what I need.
