I love using Bonsai to organize my freelance work. I can't imagine going back to the way I managed projects before Bonsai - it has saved me so much time and had a positive impact on my clients' experiences. I often get compliments on the professionalism of the proposals, contracts, and client dashboard.

When I launched my freelance marketing service in 2019 I discovered Bonsai and it took care of tracking my time and invoicing the couple of clients I had. Over the past few years my little freelance side-hustle has turned into a full-time marketing agency and Bonsai is still handling all of my invoicing, time tracking, and books. They keep improving the platform and staying ahead of the curve.

It's been a gamechanger for my business, streamlining my client process, making it easy to track invoices and easy for clients to pay me, easy to get "paperwork" out of the way...an indispensable tool all around. I tell other freelancers about it whenever client management comes up. Oh, and clients enjoy using, too. It makes everything easy for them, too, and seems to leave a favorable impression of me. So if you want to smooth wrinkles out of your biz, and look good doing it, yeah, I'd say start using Bonsai.

I've just started my freelance business, and this resource has been a game-changer. Though there are a few kinks to work out, I'm overall very pleased!
