Bonsai is so easy to use and helps me keep my business looking professional. It makes it so easy for my clients to sign contracts and pay invoices, and gives me good records of everything. And if that wasn't enough, their customer support team is awesome! They're responsive and listen to what their users need, they're quick to reply if you have an issue, and so patient and helpful. Wouldn't use any other payment platform!

The Bonsai interface is really intuitive and easy to understand quickly and use as your business grows. The support team has created a lot of documentation so you can answer questions on your own but are also supportive whenever you need to chat with them. They also roll out new features regularly that are responsive to our developing needs as business owners. I recommend Bonsai to fellow entrepreneurs OFTEN!

good customer service and follow up but didn't solve the problem

Love the simplicity & convenience of Bonsai. We explored another platform for a few months, but running came back to Bonsai. Customer service is good. What we love the most is that it keeps getting better and better!!
