I am new to Bonsai (2 months in) and I am very impressed with the customer service. Bonsai is easy to use, quick to set up, and they offer many tips in their help center. I've tried multiple CRMs, Bonsai is definitely the one I'd recommend. I've been in contact with them for feature requests that are particular to coaches and their team has been very responsive to my requests. Even better, they set up a meeting with me to make sure they understood my requests on a deeper level.

Bonsai is easily the best client manager I've ever used. I can easily create/send proposals, Invoices, and Contracts. I can even create a dashboard for each client to view the project updates In a to-do list. I've recently switched to the tax plan which has been amazing as well. I would recommend bonsai to everyone or at least try it out.

Hello Bonsai has made it easy for me to run my business, from offering contract templates to a business cash account. It's not overwhelming like other CRMs, yet still provides all the features I need. I like how the team continues to roll out new features and improvements based off user feedback and requests.
