Bonsai customer service via email is second to none imho, in every interaction I have had with any agent, replies have not only been swift to my queries or issues, but the remedies suggested or applied have been equally as on point, quickly offered or carried out, confirmed and followed up and totally effective. Can't praise my experiences with them enough. So frequently we are totally frustrated and disappointed by other companies' so-called customer service; they are slow or inadequate or completely absent altogether! Bonsai's in comparison is such a wonderful breath of fresh air.😊

Bonsai has excellent customer service - really helpful and really fast!

I was having an issue with my payment options and clients weren't able to pay, as well as not getting my money sent to the bank. I contacted Bonsai support and they were so quick in helping me and fixing the problem. It was honestly the smoothest operation and I so I just want others to know that Bonsai has a great support system.

My invoices are automatically tracked, I can capture my monthly expenses, and having my income and expenses in one place makes managing my finances so much easier. I also love being able to share projects and tasks with external contractors, such as my accountant, so everyone has access to exactly what they need without endless emails back and forth. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and packed with features without feeling overwhelming. Every time I discover another tool, it replaces yet another app I no longer need. One of the biggest standouts, though, is the customer support. Every time I’ve contacted the team, they’ve responded quickly, been genuinely helpful, and made me feel like customer feedback matters. They’re always open to feature suggestions, which shows they’re committed to continuously improving the platform. If you’re looking for an all-in-one business management solution, I couldn’t recommend Bonsai more highly. It has streamlined my workflows, saved me countless hours, and helped me keep every aspect of my business organised. It’s a five-star platform in my opinion.

Testing out Bonsai for my artist website service business. I am mainly using it for contracts and payments which was seamless in one flow. I'm loving the client portal for my Client communication and onboarding process. Clients can easily fill out design and strategy questionnaires and upload files inside their custom portal. Also I got great customer support that helped solved my question quickly and in detail. Loving Hello Bonsai very much and highly recommend it for solopreneurs, creative entreprenerus and freelance professionals.

I came to Hello Bonsai after trying Sprout Studio & hating the complexity, difficulty & lack of clarity throughout. Hello bonsai is easy to set up and use right out of the box. I highly recommend it. The one thing I did wish Bonsai had was immediate messaging customer support, but overall I’ve been able to figure everything out.
