I had reviewed one star, that I had never received it... I took a couple weeks, but my order WAS delivered. This company has excellent customer service. The only reason I marked 4 stars as opposed to five is because I was asked how my order was, when I hadn’t gotten it yet. Made me trip. It was on its way. All was well. Peace

I called for menopausal treatment. I am a retired obstetric RN who was looking for medication to help with my symptoms. Out of the 50+ medications, they only would prescribe 2, both cost prohibitive and would not work with my insurance. Many birth control pills would have been appropriate and either extremely cheap or free. My suspicion is that this company is just a funnel for specific pharmaceutical brands and do not exercise their practice to the full extent of their advertised ability, but only work with contractor medications. I would avoid this company and seek help from MeMD or other sites. They also do not have a phone number to call if you have concerns or questions. All communication is done through email. Another big red flag.
