i love the idea of this company, but i just want to warn anybody who tries it, it's not a scam, but the customer service is very bad at this point. your visit summary may take up to 48 hours, and your prescription may take 3-5 days to get to your pharmacy. once i got the summary, it said my prescription would be sent, so i expected that would happen pretty fast and called walgreens the next day. but it was not, and then i tried to call, and you can't actually call them, only leave a message. i was told different things for a few days, it would be ready by the end of the day, in a few hours, but it was not. when you try something like this for the first time and it is so unclear how it will go, you just worry it is a scam. especially with a company like this, i wouldn't want 1st time customers to think that.

I love the privacy my request was handled and I could actually receive this in the mail without having to book an appt at my doctor which was going to take a long time. I needed my meds ASAP. I would recommend your website anytime. I will be returning for future orders. Thank God you guys exist!!! Very grateful for your service.
