I got a testing kit, which is from a third party, due to being unable to go to my doctor during the COVID shutdown. Due to the third party lab, I've been waiting for 3 weeks, nearly 4, and still have no results. I could have gone to an urgent care if I'd known it was going to take this long to get a result that normally takes 2 days to complete. At this point I've spent more money, more time, and been miserable for weeks.... for no reason. I'll save my money next time, for sure!

You guys clearly do not read or maybe don't care what is written to providers . 3 Things with mental health for me for example. I told her that I had been on a med before and it worked and I was written another it was straightened out later and I wrote out my rx CVS info and it was ignored and was processed as shipping and then that had to be straightened out too. Then she says to see me in 2 wks to follow up there's no reminder and my mental health care is closed. Next I do a skin consult I write about the acne and hair and the med I want and why it's because I've been on it before. I was written a cream for mail delivery and was starting to process. CVS should have still been in there but it wasn't. I even clicked the box do not process for mail and put in the info. I ended up needing a refund. I feel like an ignored patient and I'm a nurse just with covid19 I can't see my Dr

With COVID19 I was super nervous about going to my family doctor for just an exam for refills on meds when I do not currently have an issue that would warrant me to absolutely to go see my doctor (my yearly will come when it’s safe enough to) and trying to avoid exposure since I have enough exposure risk just through work alone... I came across an ad for Alpha on Facebook and decided to give it a try and even though it’s just been one shipment I am very happy! Not only did I not have to come into physical contact with anyone but also got the medications I need and have been on with ease and it got shipped to my house. I’m looking forward to having the convenience of my meds shipped to my door monthly and every 3 months (inhaler)! The survey was easy but thorough

Good service. Would like to have been prescribed 1 puff of the higher strength BID instead of 2 puffs of the half strength BID since that makes more sense. This service provided exactly what I wanted. Nice and convenient.
