I may switch to another provider such as hellowisp after finding there is another provider that does the same thing except they offer much more discreet packaging. If hello alpha were to offer more discreet packaging and prescription info for prescriptions I would not be considering other providers.

I had a great experience getting the help I needed. They offer a variety of services. The medical professional that helped me listened to my problems, concerns and desired outcome and helped me get the treatment I needed. The entire process was very quick.

I finally received my prescription today after several weeks and after I was asked to submit my insurance information three times. Each time I submitted, I did so with a picture of my insurance card. As I am not the primary holder of the insurance, I also included my husbands information. Additionally, after I first submitted my insurance and request for review with the doctor, no one reached out to me to let me know the status of my request. When I inquired, I was made aware there was something wrong with my insurance information. Then again I submitted and a few days later I was told again something was wrong with my insurance. It wasn’t until I threatened to cancel my order all together that my insurance card miraculously worked. It seems to me that whoever was intaking my information was not looking at all the documentation I provided. I am hoping from here on out, this process will be much smoother.

Fantastic experience... easy, and fast . I inquired about allergy medicine and as soon as the details of my symptoms were sent , I received a message. They prescribed me 3 types of medicine ( pill, eye drops and nasal spray) . The medicines were mail out and received 4 days later.

I love that I dont even have to think about the refills. They are auto shipped and delivered to my door right on time.

Quick, easy, and awesome! During COVID, I didn’t really want to leave the house to go to a Med Express of some sort and Alpha Medical made it so easy to get the prescription I needed without leaving my house. Thank you!!

The service has been a lifesaver. the area that I live in does not have women's clinic so I would have to make an appointment and go to a regular doctor, without insurance! This company truly does seem to care about everybody they help. They answer any question you have fairly quickly and very courteously. And the prices are really low, plus all items are shipped directly to your house. No driving around or waiting in line for a prescription or being told that they're out of that item at this time. I'm glad I chose alpha medical.

It's fast, easy, and a no brainier.
