I was told I would receive a response within 24hours. It's been days over 24 hours and I still haven't received anything. I'm extremely disappointed that the care of an individual is left in this manner. I would expect some sort of response from a licensed medical profession no later than 24-48 hours. To be honest I thought this would be more convenient than heading to my doctors, I'm sad to say- it's not.

I received great care through alpha medical. I went through years of just "sticking it out" with a horrible doctor just because I didn't want to go through the process of possibly not liking another one after switching. My dr through alpha helped me more in my first "visit" than any other doctor ever and helped identify my attacks as panic versus anxiety. I have told all of my friends about this service and plan to use it for as long as I need.
