This is a great way to get medical help for current times with covid as well as small and repeating medical problems that shouldn’t require months to book an appointment. Great follow up as well to questions and concerns. Makes things much more efficient.

Honestly, if 0 stars were an option, I definitely give them that. DEPLORABLE customer service. Had to wait 13 days for them to tell me an outlandish charge for a medication. Now that I’m wanting a refund for a subscription that clearly DOESN’T CARE about mental health like they claim they do, they are dodging calls and not responding to any messages. I never again will use this site or recommend this site to anyone.

So far Alpha has been amazing! It is so convenient being able to do online consultations and get prescriptions filled from home. So far I would recommend them to anyone!

Quick and affordable and I was very impressed with such quick responses to any questions I had. Medication shipped quickly. I was even given the opportunity to use my insurance for my prescriptions when the price would be less. I’m glad I found this service.
