I think Alpha has been doing a good job overall. My issues are with their partner pharmacy. My medication was sent and filled by their partner pharmacy when I asked for it to be sent to my local pharmacy.

I am so happy to have found this company. Service has been amazing and the medication is exactly what I needed delivered to my mailbox! I am so grateful!

they sent me duplicates of one med and didn't send me my other med. No response to emails.

Alpha medical is good telemedicine service to use very fast and caring health professionals that are very responsive and helpful.
