I'm very Happy with the Care I recieved and I don't have to worry about my Medication as it is sent to my house! Very Easy and Fast.

I am only giving 3 stars due to them being a huge help in the beginning of my membership. Communication become frustrating and damn near impossible. Messages unanswered for days a time, it was like pulling teeth to get a phone number to reach out to someone. And calling? Ha! Left a few messages over the course of a week and was NEVER called my back. Messages after the situation never acknowledged my calls, nothing. I have 2 prescriptions and have had to chase down one if not both almost every month in 2021.

Last year was a pretty dark time for many, including myself. I didn’t have insurance for the bulk of last year and it got to the point I really needed help beyond talk therapy. With so much of the world switching to telecommunications, I was skeptical about a platform like Alpha Medical, but I was pleasantly surprised with the process. I have been using Alpha Medical for antidepressant/antianxiety medication since November. It’s given me another chance when I was otherwise hopeless. It’s a super easy process with plenty of reminders that prompt you for subscription renewals and survey updates. It’s easy to log in, yet I’d love to see this in app form.

Great and caring service.

There is no way to pause prescriptions or to tell what you are getting sent and when. I have asked for the same prescription 4 times and have not received 😕

Great service and very easy to get my issue addressed!

Very easy to use. The main draw back for me is $40 a month for a generic medicine. That’s my only complaint.

Very quick turn around with priority tracking… love it!
