I was so skeptical at first. Couldnt believe that I could finally get the meds I need at a price I can afford without insurance. I cant believe how easy and affordable this is. I am always surprised how fast my questions are answered. Not one thing bad to say about this process or company. Wish I found you guys sooner, just didnt think it could be that easy.

It took almost three weeks to get my medication

They have charged me twice for medication and I still haven't gotten my prescriptions. $90 down the drain. They refuse to refund me and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone trying to cancel service at all. I have been a customer for a long time but after this I refuse to continue to use them. The worst customer service! I am so dissatisfied. Use a different company and do not waste your time. Update: once they see you write a negative review they immediately reach out with nothing but b**** excuses and claim they care but continue to refuse to fix any situation.They have still refused to refund me. After reading through countless alarming negative star reviews I am certainly one of many people who have had bad experiences with this company and they seem to be VERY deceitful and continue to steal money and rip off their customers. I will certainly be disputing the charges with my bank for fraud and be contacting the BBB to inform them how this company seems to operate and treat their customers, it is so very clear they DO not care for the wellbeing of their patients and they are only out to get your money. When an issue is brought up they refuse to help and refuse to fix the issue. They will never refund you!!! They do NOT CARE!!!! They will only take your money again and again. I have since cancelled my services and fully expect this company to somehow charge me even after the fact because they steal from their customers and will find any loophole they can. STAY AWAY. The poor customer service, lack of genuine concern and care or urgency is a red flag from a health company.

I am so happy I found Alpha. They are awesome. Modern, top notch stuff. Easy to use, smooth sailing. I was able to get a do to an evaluation when The doctor was great. Gave me several options and customer service and support are also great- top of the line. They gave me the option of using their partner pharmacy or and outside and they used my insurance and only had to pay the copayment. They save me a ton of money and time 😭 happy cries. Thank you.
