Great service.

Responsive when it is convenient for them. Lacking in true care, really only checking boxes and prescription costs are NOT straightforward at all.

I’ve had so many issues with this service — if they aren’t messing up my name they are mixing up insurance or sending and charging me for scripts I’ve been directed to stop taking. I really have like no contact with the doctor anymore and just have no idea what’s going on at this point.

I am so happy I found Alpha Medical. It was an easy process and also affordable. Someone from their medical team gets back with you in 1 business day. That is quicker than with my primary physician, I have been seeing for years. Will definitely recommend Alpha Medical to friends and family !
