I am very happy with the service i received from Alpha Medical. The NP aswered all my questions about the process and my medical condition. I appreciated the slow process in a good way because it was my first time using it. Either support or the NP directly answered my questions in a timely manner but waited till I was ready to move forward.

Make sure to double check the price of everything! Especially if insurance will Not cover it. I was informed late that insurance would not cover a medication, so I clicked pay cash thinking it would prompt me to another site for a price. I didn’t, they immediately charged my card $800 and I tried to cancel before it got shipped and no one responded until after it was prepared to ship. They refused to return it!

I basically got what I set out to achieve with using this medical facility for my doctor visit without leaving my home. So that’s a BIG plus for me. The doctor was very professional and friendly towards my needs, another plus. I would and will definitely recommend this as great aid to online visits and or consultations. I tried another company and it was a total WASTE OF TIME! This was NOT the case with Alpha Medical. They actually worked with me to help me with my medical needs. I would say the only con is that it takes about 24hrs to get a reply back to my message and having to pay a $30 consultation fee twice towards the same visit. Will I continue using Alpha Medical? Oh YES, definitely! I’m overall pleased with my medical concerns being addressed and receiving help with my medical issues. I also love that it offers a good range of medical issues to help with. The overall online process was also very easy and computer friendly. Good job!
