The process with Alpha is pretty easy and seemless but the only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I wanted to be guided a little more. I kept having to ask questions to find out what I needed to do next as opposed to Alpha doc or nurses letting me know my options.

For one, you are very....... slow at responding to messages. You don't offer refills. You should offer refills on a continued basis. You didn't respond to when I had labs done. You should accept insurance even without a "membership".

Please note that we do offer refills for medications, however, certain conditions may require additional or follow-up evaluations before your provider can refill the prescription.
