Miss. Bender was very knowledgable and responsive. I appreciate her helping me choose a good medication for my needs. The support team was also amazing and I love the set up of Alpha. The website is not difficult to use or the chat function.

It's an okay service. I was seeking medication, and I was prescribed what I thought would be a good fit for me. Not very communicative or informative. I did receive my medication fairly quickly, so no complaints there. No real follow up on how I'm handling the medication or anything like that.

I like the ease and convenience of alpha medical. Instead of having to set up an appointment and wait 2 to 3 or even four weeks to get into see a doctor I can go online and fill out the appropriate forms and submit the appropriate pictures and then within a matter of minutes have a licensed medical professional reviewing my submission. I will continue to use this service for any of my minor medical issues that I may have that may need a prescription.
