The responses from the team to specific cases are copy/paste and not personalized. I received a response from a Team Lead and she did even know which medication I was requesting information about. She just ignored my message and gave me a cookie cutter response. I have been with Alpha for almost a year and that has never happened before.

I tried alpha for weight loss last year and had some success. I recently wanted to start again but the medication I was hoping for was no longer prescribed by alpha. I didn’t know until I had already paid the $60 membership fee which they stress is non-refundable. I wish I would have known before paying.

The service is really top notch. I usually get a response within a couple hours and I've asked them to do some pretty difficult things like get a prior authorization and they've come through for me... I could not be more pleased with the service I have gotten from them. Would 100 percent recommend.
