A. When going thru the vetting process, alpha medical states, if script is over 75.00, patient approval would be required. WRONG! Alpha medical failed to disclose my "$1500.00" script would be filled in 24 hours if I didn't respond to email that was sent to me. I was traveling for work and didn't see email. Coupon could not be used. Alpha medical has not responded to any of my 5 emails sent.
