Stay as far away from this place as possible!! There's no way they're legit. I did all of my business online & they didn't live up to anything they promised. They did not hesitate to fraud Medicare though. Did anyone have KENNETH VANDERBECK PA-C as their provider? I did. I can't find anything out about him & can NOT get anyone to call me back or address the numerous emails I've sent. I've been trying for 1mo.

Billing Dept Unreachable! …
I was told my tele-visit was covered by my Insurance- I have been trying to contact someone for months via email after receiving a bill and the only phone numbers listed tell me to email them and are unable to help me . Now they want to add on charge for a late fee- i have emailed 5 or 6 times over the past few months and no one responds and I assume my credit will probably be affected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dangerous Company
I looked into getting my anti-depressant refilled through this company. I never talked to a doctor and never received prescription. Billed 100 $. When I filed a complaint, I was told it was " the doctor's best judgment, to bill you without care or follow up" Whatever that means. I have my Rx bottle and it is a non-regulated medicine.. Very sketchy, stay away.

If I could I’d rate -0 stars
If I could I’d rate -0 stars, this company is a scam. STAY AWAY. Better to opt for legitimate, cooperative services from Curai Health, where you actually interact with a doctor, won’t be charged an obscene amount and won’t be harassed with threats of collections for literally nothing.

HelixVM is a fraudulent company
HelixVM is a fraudulent company, period.
On July 6th, I fell ill with COVID for the first time and had a tough time due to being behind on boosters. I have severe health anxiety (and have been hospitalized for panic attacks/hyperventilation) and panicked thinking I was going to have long COVID or face hospitalization. As such, I looked online for ways to get Paxlovid without having to go anywhere. HelixVM's site popped up immediately boasting promises and (I now realize, fake) 5-star reviews. The platform required me to enter my contact, insurance, and billing information before getting any kind of direction or info about the process or what to expect. In my fevered state, I was not thinking clearly and filled it out.
Almost immediately, I received confirmation that Paxlovid was covered by my insurance and would be ready to pick up from my local pharmacy the next day. Tomorrow came and I got a call from the pharmacy stating that it would cost $1,745! I told her to cancel the order immediately. I tried to contact HelixVM to cancel and close my account entirely since I didn't receive any service or even speak to anyone. Their website states that someone would call but nothing happened. I did not even receive basic communication beyond the automated insurance and prescription confirmation emails.
When I inquired about the $1,745, I received a cursory, likely AI-generated response [see attached screenshots] about canceling an appointment “late” may still incur charges. It was strange since I had never scheduled anything besides picking up the Rx (before I found out about the actual price after they misled me into believing it was covered). It turns out, my filling out my information was "the service." At least that's my best guess.
I canceled my credit card that day and filed a scam report with the BBB. This is a fraudulent company that takes advantage of people when their physical and mental faculties are diminished. They listed the service on my insurance claim as an "office visit," which is ludicrous not only because I didn't even speak to a human but because Florida is on the opposite end of the continent. According to the FBI's Health Care Fraud Department, this falls under the category of "phantom billing," which is described as follows: "billing for a service visit or supplies the patient never received." I will be filling a tip to that department, as well.
