I can’t rate less than 1 star but I would if I could. An online questionnaire popped up and I filled it out. There was no option to type in additional comments. I got an rx back for a medicine that is not related to my symptoms at all- never once even talked to a doctor. Wrote the company and called so many times, they are threatening with collections in an email even though I talked to nobody! Do not make my mistake.

It was convenient but it’s a total scam. They charged my insurance $350 and they made me pay 146 out of pocket! Don’t do it they lie and cheat you! I thought it had great reviews because Google has it locked down and you can’t even leave a bad review!

Would give 0 stars if I could. These people are Scammers. I just went on the website didn’t talk to anyone didn’t get help or prescription nothing. Now I have a bill for $208.75 will definitely be filing a fraud report. Do not even go on the site they use your info that they ask your for before you can even actually look on site and bill you for nothing.

I was trying to get a prescription refilled and contacted them. After listing some symptoms I was charged 100 bucks. I didn't get to talk to anyone, and never received my prescription. I endup up having to go to urgent care but helix still charged me. They did nothing for me. I was told I still had to pay the bill because a dr reviewed my answers and requested lab work. What a joke.

They charged me for no reason it’s definitely a fraud company

Fraud. Charged me for services that were never received. Tried to call them back to correct what seemed like an innocent mistake, and impossible to get a hold of them. When I finally did get a person to speak to, she said that she had no record of the charges. I asked her to simply open my health portal and she repeated, they had no evidence of the charges. I filed a claim with the State of Florida, lets see how it goes, but I'm not holding my breath. Rude, 0 customer service, and simply out looking to fleece the public for a dollar. Avoid them if possible.

Horrible. I am contesting a bill in the amount of $500.00 for a virtual appointment for a sinus infection! I have submitted 4 inquiries over the past 6 weeks with no response. They have no problem, however, continuously trying to collect the payment. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

I have to say I had a good experience with this company today. I wasn’t charged penny and I was able to get my prescription refilled. The reviews had me skeptical but I’m happy I decided to give it a try.
