Everything great except my copay for $76 too high

Very quick response, it's just that the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I provided the exact address off the pharmacy across the street from me but instead it went to one that was a 45 minute bus ride away. A hassle to have it corrected.

I went to see you because of a very bad cold. However, there was no x-ray tech that day. I was given meds and went back two days later and diagnosed with peunomia. The medical care I got was good. On day 2 the intake person was a 5”10 skinny Hispanic man who spoke broken English. My blood pressure was high so he took it again (stll high). He then pointed at my BP score and then the scale and said too many pounds for my height. Totally unnecessary.

It was fairly easy to get my meds refilled. The only thing I had an issue with was finding my insurance company on the list but they apparently do accept my insurance. It should be a little easier to input your insurance information on the site/app. Maybe instead of choosing your company from a list, you could scan your insurance card and it would get the information that way.

I appreciate the service I received, in a timely manner! I think the questions need updated since I feel like I wasn’t able to express the severity of my discomfort for my dislocated shoulder, besides be able to report, I have just a headache! Thx you!

I’ve never had a medical visit go this smoothly. HelixVM was fast, professional, and convenient. I didn’t even have to leave my bed to get the care I needed.
