This place is a total scam. I used them to get general treatment. After filling out the forms, they stated "patient did not qualify" but billed my insurance as well as stating I owe $50? I never even spoke to a doctor or received any specific reason why I did not qualify? I used another telehealth platform and had no "qualification" problems I reported to NCIB

Scam! Trying to charge me for a $100 and never received any service nor seen or talked to any provider nor staff from this virtual Healthcare site!

Lousy billing service. Contacted them over and over. Ended up paying a $21 bill just yo get them off our back!!!!! Never again. When I did video appointment they were never able to connect with a video.

complete scam. they make tons of promises and refer you to some dr 3000 miles away - then they say "too bad" you agreed to let us rip you off . I am denying the charges at my bank, these people are TOTAL SCAMMERS

If I could give no stars I would. I created an account only to see what they offered. I noticed a text come from them that said if I need to move forward with prescriptions they would need more info. We'll since I wasn't planning on using them I did not answer. Next thing you know they are sending prescriptions to my pharmacy and telling me I owe them money. After contacting them to let them know I didn't request any of this all I got was emails with rude remarks saying if I don't pay them them account balance will grow. This is a scam that someone really needs to look into. Stay away from this place!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I use their services to get a prescription. That is a very basic simple prescription that I know for a fact is covered through my insurance they sent the prescription to my pharmacy. My pharmacy said that insurance rejected it and that the doctor would need to obtain insurance approval. After over a week of hearing nothing I consulted my insurance company because there’s no way for you to call or contact the doctor in anyway through this company. My insurance told me that the doctor prescribed the medication incorrectly and so they weren’t able to approve it through insurance but that they were going to contact the pharmacy and see what they could do. They were not able to do anything and they recommended that I consult the doctor, so I tried contacting this Got an extremely rude and unhelpful response from Ashley Mineo (VP Medical Assistant). They refused to cancel the prescription or accept any responsibility whatsoever.

Scam. Medical fraud. Unauthorized charge. Repeatedly told them not to charge my card. They no longer take phone calls. They dont answer emails. I even sent legal emails telling them no. They dont provide any service. They send you fake labs. They pretend to submit prescriptions. They hit your insurance for thousands of dollars. Medical fraud. The next review is going to be for the BBB, the medical insurance fraud dept, and an attorney.

Reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. This company defrauds customers that are self pay and send fraud claims to customers insurance for zero services.
