Total scam in that they say they can’t verify your insurance and then attempt to charge you $75 fee without ever talking to a doctor.

Beyond awful! Rude provider. Would not even give me a doctor's note to clear a work absences even though they advertise that. Also, says no video visit required, this is a lie as well. Stay away!!!!

Scam practice. People should lawyer up and sue them. They put two separate claims of $500 on my plan without providing any service. I didn't even visit a doctor or had a televisit. Please be aware!

They were not able to give me a prescription. When I tried to cancel the contract, they don’t answer the phone and they give an incorrect email address. This is a scam company.

EVERYONE if you let them treat you as they did me! No video no doctor NOTHING and all the sudden they were meds for my stomach issues that he diagnosed via me checking a few boxes. He ordered blood panels and had results for them and everything...THERES NO WAY..... THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY SCAMMING PEOPLE I got on and read reviews where they were charging the card they make you secure along with your insurance and a month later they try charging you over 100 dollars and I just got the email and notification telling me 98.75 was declined on your card ending in **** and so on so YES THEY DO CHARGE YOU unexpectedly almost a month to the day later and will continue to so if you use them cancel the card that you gave for them and get a new one because they're going to charge it!!

They are trash. One they can't count they can't add and they can't review hospital discharge papers correctly. Call me ahead of time to inform me that they would not be able to help me and I would not be charged. 2 Days later a bill was sent to my email from helix for $76. I said fork you and locked my card. Trash company

Never received any care for my issue I contacted them about. All I received was a text from my pharmacy saying an RX was ready for me. They charged me $35 in which I didn't pay, because I never received any care from them. They then tacked on $110 for not paying them. I contacted them saying I never received care so I am confused on my bill. Long story short, I paid the stupid $35 only to find out they also charged me $110 in "late fees". NEVER will use this place again. I asked them how they are charging me this $110 with no response.
