Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback! Feedback like yours helps us make changes across the entire company! At Helium 10 we make every effort to provide all of our users the most accurate data at our disposal. Some of the data that we provide within certain tools are derived from Amazon's API, while some of our other tool's data is gathered by using proprietary algorithms. We assure you that the tools are extremely accurate and you can use them with confidence! Did you know that the 10 in Helium 10 stands for striving to provide 10/10 service? If there’s anything we can do to turn those 3 stars into 5, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected]. Thank you! Have a great day!

Hi Lucie! Thank you for your time and for leaving us your honest feedback! We do understand that each seller/user has different financial situations - hence why we have three plans (Starter, Platinum or Diamond) to hopefully provide a plan for all types of sellers. We also do have a completely free plan that is available where users can use most of the tools (with limited uses). Did you know that the 10 in Helium 10 stands for striving to provide 10/10 service? If there’s anything we can do to turn those 2 starts into 5, please feel free to e-mail me directly at [email protected]. Thank you Lucie! Looking forward to hearing from you and have a great day!
