Bot is meh, agent did great
The bot was just referring to the knowledge base. Luckily it wasn't stalling too long, before transferring me to a human. It asked for my email, but failed to mention, that it would be used to identify the account. That led to a bit of confusion later, but overall the agent was able to ask all of my questions pretty fast.

Clearly a Scam - Awful Service.
Clearly, this is a scam. Listen to the other reviewers. First, I signed up to use the software but it does not work at advertised. Once you reach out to Customer Service they respond so quickly making you think they're actually going to help you. The problem is, they don't know anything. So they always have to toss your question down the line. That's where the fun comes in. You have to wait a month or two after that to get a response. All that time waiting to only find out they can't and won't fix the problem. So they string me on for two months of subscription, they did offer a pro-rated refund but then hit me with another $80 bill afterword saying that I used Adtomic which was advertised as being included in the Diamond Package. Turns out... it's not. It's a COMPLETE scam. Jungle Scout is just as bad, but at least you pay for what you get over there.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! When you cancel, they will CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD and tell you that you DID NOT cancel even though you DID! Then they tell you they DO NOT REFUND and you have to finish out the month! They have NO PHONE NUMBER and the chat reps just ignore you and close the chat. I BLOCKED THEM FROM CHARGING MY CARD AND DISPUTED THE CHARGE but there is NO REASON a business should rip customers off this way. There are THOUSANDS of customers ALL SAYING THIS HAPPENED TO THEM! AVOID HELIUM10 AT ALL COSTS!!!
