I cannot believe the audacity
I cannot believe the audacity. I 100% cancelled my subscription I remember doing so. Firstly they make it SO difficult to actually cancel the subscription which is terrible business ethics! After 15 minutes of searching up how to cancel the subscription I finally find the small inconspicous button that could have easily have been found if a link was provided in the how to cancel Q&A! After cancelling the subscription and having to pay the 20 days of unused account time I see another payment come out my account!! I immediatly got on to customer service and explained the situation to which they replied I couldnt have because I hadnt logged in for a while and they didnt get any notification. They would not be able to issue any kind of refund unless I had proof that I cancelled. I now have to pay for yet another full month at $99 for which I don't plan to use. If you decide to cancel the subscription please ensure that you have taken a picture on your phone I would love to catch this company out!

Beware of Helium10.
Instead of canceling my subscription per to my request, they froze it. And then, suddenly, I noticed they started to charge again without my consent. They refuse to refund. Beware of Helium 10. They have no dignity.
