Poco seri nei pagamenti
Non riuscendo ad annullare l'abbonamento, dopo diversi tentativi, mi sono rivolto all'azienda per un rimborso di un abbonamento che ho voluto annullare qualche giorno prima del rinnovo, con vari insuccessi. L'azienda mi ha risposto che secondo le loro policy non possono rimborsarmi per un problema causato da loro. (impossibilità di annullare l'abbonamento)

Abigail was so incredible! The best customer service I've ever had. She was super quick with helping me and actually fixed what I needed with little questions asked! Super efficient and super helpful. She didn't wait for my responses to update me on the situation either.

Please refund my $1000
I saw that 1000 dollars had been debited from my credit card by Helium10 and I immediately logged in and saw what was happening. I noticed that my helium10 account has been used by others for a long time. I swear I did not share my account with anyone, I opened 2FA yesterday and changed my password. These guys used my account and upgraded my package, why would I want this if the ones I allowed did it. I have been scammed right now and you are not helping me/ I want to stay in the platinum package. Please refund my $1000. I want to cry right now. I was literally defrauded of 1000 dollars. Where did these guys get the password? Is there a guarantee that they haven't hacked your site?

scam of a company
scam of a company. they starter package is listed as limited use. its not limited it has zero functionality. dont bother with this scam of a company. the support team do nothing to help you. disgusting ive used them over 3 years with the full package. ive had enough. USE JUNGLE SCOUT INSTEAD!!!!!

I tried Helium 10 about 2 months ago. Helium 10 kept my credit card information. without my permission, Helium 10 charged me $99 today. When I realized the charge, I sent an email right to Helium 10 supporter to cancel the subscript. But the supporter refuses to do it. I need to get my money back
