HelioHostReviews of heliohost.org

Very very good and friendly. it's a good community of users and admins. 5-stars it is. i tend trying to buffer my use of min/ max, as-- i'm pretty sure its at least urban legend-- that some collection services actually truncate a 0 , or a 5 as such responses might be viewed more whimsical; capricious, like that cat that's only made of a grin. it's all good, bruthsa n sistas. let us reflect now upon great wisdom of our generation, "I never had nuthin. I don't know how to act" ~ Mike Tyson (blood of human ear fresh on his breath, no). E.g. You do realize I'm [completely nuts?] ... what's that word? ... ugh! something about being. not genuine. something like that. not official. i guess maybe genuine. i'll think of the better one later. See? and you're worried about S-T-A-R-S. billy's got zits from pickin the stars from his face, man. Television man is crazy. Said You [you're] juvenile delinquent wrecks! oh! i'll show you some S-T-A-R-S mu' fluff! LOL! is that concrete all around, or is it in ma hed? sun don't shine, Boyee! ozzy o, n all that. what a year. why'd i stop drinkikn'? O M G (Only MJ Gummy) naww. couldn't be

Good VPS for small price, excellent for experiments

Wonderful, helpful, and patient people!

Their hosting is reliable for what I need it for, support is great and even helps with setting up projects on HelioHost outside of the basic account support you'd expect from volunteers. Overall they're a great nonprofit for web hosting, and I'd recommend heliohost to anyone looking to learn how to make a website and host it on a website management thing (like Plesk, which is what they use).

I originally ordered a Tommy server (donation)account on November 2024 for my open source project Ookma-Kyi after trying many free services. I have had excellent service from the the beginning with very little downtime and great customer service. It may take a few hours to get a response since they staff are all volunteers, but expect detailed responses and professional etiquette when they do respond. I have since migrated my account to the Morty server (scaled) have not looked back since.

I have been using HelioHost for over a decade and the staff (which are all unpaid volunteers) have been always helpful. I have seen paid hosting sites come and go, but not HelioHost. They not only keep the service running, but are always improving it. If you are starting, there is no better place to go. Even if you are not starting, it's the place to go. As told, I have been there for years and years, and hopefully, will continue to enjoy the excellent service they provide for years to come. No upselling, no adware, no artificial limitations, no popups. Just top notch service! Recommended.

All good. Thanks for this service.

Low cost, straight forward, easy to use and update.
