Since I started using Heliohost this last April, I experienced a lot of things. I learned a lot by experimenting on their free hosting plan. When I got issues or problems, the customer support is quick to answer and respectful. They also have discord so you have an option which medium of communication you want. I don't know why some are writing bad reviews at all. It's just simply their problem not reading the Terms of Service, then when their account get suspended for not obeying the TOS, they curse Heliohost staffs and the company. In contrary to the bad reviews, I really like Heliohost, and would like to use it for my site for as long as I can. I'd support their genuine hosting service unlike those other ones. I actually recommended Heliohost recently to a client and he's now using it. The hosting is very reliable that you can barely (or nothing at all) get a server lag. I hope Heliohost would last for a very long time. A great and genuine service. I like the value they give to people who can't afford much for a hosting. Their honest and not greedy on how they price. Heliohost outpaces other hosting providers when it comes to support and client relations. You get more in-person support that you won't get anywhere. And their services are averagely priced and reliable.

Easy setup, great support, great uptime

Absolutely the worst place to host your website. sure they advertise free hosting but what they don't tell you is that they can suspend or delete your account anytime without warning. I simply mentioned on their discord support chat that I was hosting my website on their service and within 10 minutes, my account was deleted, my message deleted and I received a rude response from a staff member. I lost my entire website and over three months of work, just by mentioning it. No explanation, no proper support, just gone. Others have warned about this and now I know it's true. Heliohost is unreliable, unprofessional and not worth your time. stay away

After using HelioHost for several years, I can say with certainty that they're a fantastic hosting platform, especially for anyone starting out. Their passionate, responsive team and helpers make it easy to jump on board and grow. It's a great community vibe. With a range of server options, incl. VPS, there's plenty of room to tinker and build at little to no cost. If you can think it, you can probably do it. When cPanel suddenly hiked its prices, the HelioHost team showed incredible resilience. Somehow after all their grinding, they migrated to Plesk. They've stuck true to their core of making web hosting accessible to all. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to build my confidence in web dev. Kudos!

HelioHost's krydos fixed up my vps after a unfortunate accident with me changing /etc/passwd, and I thank him so much for it. He's a good guy and people who's rating 1 star are just butthurt people who simply cannot learn that everything doesn't revolve around them. I RECOMMEND!!

Hey HelioHost, Never got a chance to try you out, as I was discouraged by the customer service and reviews. Y'all should probably work on that. "Maybe I'll try HelioHost" is not something I'll be saying for a while. Cheers.
