Disc Wheel, stem sold separately I guess, customer service silent
Purchased a disc wheel. Shipped out very quickly. However, it didn't come with a valve stem and I inquired via the email for support and got no answer. So, I then ordered a stem separately and had to pay $15 shipping and it arrived damaged and unusable so I reached out again to support and again got no answer. Great looking wheel, cant wait to ride it, big fan of HED wheels. Just disappointed in the lack of customer service.

That is not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If there is anything we can help with, please feel free to call us at (888) 246-3639.
